IVF could be improved with a new AI tool being designed by an embryo research group

IVF could be improved with a new AI tool being designed by an embryo research group

The tool's in development after winning an Auckland University grant.

The project helps to select successful embryos for patients, to improve outcomes and treatment for an IVF pregnancy.

Group leader Dr Nicholas Knowlton says they're on the road to helping more people struggling to get pregnant.

He says cutting down treatment times will increase the number of women they can help.
