    A 24-year-old man has been charged with murder - over the death of Tristan Oakes last month


    Oakes died in hospital a day after being found with a gunshot wound at his home in Bay of Plenty's Te Puke.

    Three people have now been charged with murder, and three others charged with burglary.

    All six are appearing in Tauranga District Court this afternoon.
