New Zealand's most profitable bank - is also favoured least by customers

ANZ scored 57 percent for customer satisfaction - in a Consumer survey.
The average across all banks was 64 percent.
ANZ rated lowly on fee interest, responsible lending and value for money.
Consumer NZ Communications Manager, Sahar Lone says those levels typically don't drive customers to switch, but maybe it should.
She says given how many are unhappy with New Zealand's largest bank, perhaps they should consider changing.
