Offers are being made to buy a popular buy-now, pay-later service after going into receivership

Offers are being made to buy a popular buy-now, pay-later service after going into receivership

    5 July 2024
Last month, the Laybuy group of companies in New Zealand and Australia was placed in receivership voluntarily.

BusinessDesk is reporting the receivers, Deloitte, are looking for a buyer, and are considering some offers.

Previous attempts to sell the business had failed.

The amount Laybuy is still owed by consumers will be released at a later date.
