    An expectation for house prices to flat-line as 2025's predicted to be a year of cautious stability

    Bay of Plenty and Queenstown are tipped for growth in the year, alongside regional areas near Auckland - including places in Waikato.

    LJ Hooker head of network, Campbell Dunoon, says there have been significant OCR reductions.

    He says there's talk of potential further reductions, and signs of investors returning to the marketplace.
