    A 25-year-old man is due to appear in court today on charges of murder and arson


    A man died in a house fire in Levin yesterday morning.

    Police aren't seeking anyone else in relation to the death in the house on Queenwood St -- but are appealing for sightings of a black Toyota Fielder travelling from the area early yesterday morning.

    They'd also like to locate a pair of grey Nike shorts that were thrown from the car.

    Increased police presence will remain while the investigation continues.
