Could Horowhenua-Kapiti be sporting any future All Blacks in their Ranfurly Shield challenge in July?

Could Horowhenua-Kapiti be sporting any future All Blacks in their Ranfurly Shield challenge in July?

They'll host Wellington at Levin Domain - their first challenge since 2015.

Horowhenua-Kapiti chief executive Corey Kennetts recalls the team's fondest memory of Log 'o Wood - challenging an Auckland side with Sean Fitzpatrick, Grant Fox and Eroni Clarke 30 years ago.

He says the game also featured a former All Blacks first-five, who appeared in red, white and blue as a 17-year-old.
