Lauren Dickason has pleaded not guilty to killing six-year-old Liané and two-year-old twins Maya and Karla.
She will mount a defence of insanity and infanticide.

Justice Cameron Mander has warned prospective jurors the evidence is likely to be challenging.
Once the jury is empanelled, Crown Prosecutor Andrew McRae will deliver his opening address.
The first witness tomorrow will be the accused's husband, and the girls' father - Graham Dickason - via audio-visual link from South Africa.
