Lugus Paki Pohoiwi has admitted to five charges of indecent assault, sexual violation and attempted sexual violation in Invercargill District Court this week.
The court's heard the crimes occurred when the 33-year old was on bail, serving a sentence for a previous sex crime.
One victim says she was distracted by the pain of her tattoo - before realising Pohoiwi was groping her.
He 's been sentenced to three years and four months' in prison.
