Ciara is trying to make her "chaotic" life work with four children

The 38-year-old pop star has Future, 10, with ex-fiance Future, as well as Sienna, seven, Win, four and nine-month-old Amora with husband Russell Wilson. 35, and explained that she had an "amazing time" taking them on tour but had to find those "humbling moments" to just be a mother.

She told People: "It was the most amazing time with my babies. I was like, 'This is what life is about.' So, the little joys in life. I'm so grateful for those moments where I can go go from the crazy schedule then to have these humbling moments where it's just [her] being a mom.

"Every day is nonstop, but it's chaotic, but I wouldn't have it any other way. So first summer [with] four is crazy, but we're doing all right. We're making it happen."

The 'Goodies' hitmaker recently admitted that her weight has been going up and down since the birth of her youngest child but she is going to allow herself some treats amid her health kick because she "needs it" for the benefit of her mental health.

She told E! News: "Sometimes, you want to make things picture-perfect and life doesn't allow you to do that. This is real s***. There's no perfectness to motherhood. For example, I had a scale drop and now the scale went back up. I was like, uhhh.

"I'm going to give myself grace, and eat a couple of potatoes and ice cream because I need that for my mind. That's where I am with it-and it's okay!"
