    Caution across the housing market means little has changed in pricing for the start of the year


    The national average property price rose 0.2-percent in the March quarter to almost 904 thousand-dollars.

    Just Whangarei, Rotorua, Nelson, and Christchurch saw growth above one-percent.

    QV Communications Manager Simon Peterson says it has been a quiet summer.

    He says it can take some time for lower interest rates to have an impact.
