Another survivor of Christchurch rapist brothers, Danny and Roberto Jaz, has taken the first step in removing the shame of sexual assault

Another survivor of Christchurch rapist brothers, Danny and Roberto Jaz, has taken the first step in removing the shame of sexual assault

Alice Lichtnecker is one of 23 women the Jaz brothers have been jailed for assaulting at Mama Hooch bar, and a nearby restaurant.

They're appealing some of their convictions and sentences.

Lichtnecker is the third woman to remove her automatic name suppression.

She wants survivors to know there will be people who believe you, and will help you tell your story - it's just finding those people.
