A Wellington teacher sentenced for forcing sex on on a minor, disguised as a drug dealer - has lost his license to teach

Open Justice reports the man gave the 14-year-old student cannabis at a bus stop - after they'd been meeting and messaging outside of class.

He dressed in disguise for a second meeting - and offered money and cannabis for oral sex, forcing her to continue when she tried to pull away.

He again requested sex a month later.

The man pleaded guilty in 2022 to indecent and unlawful sexual communication and Class-C drug supply - receiving nine months home detention.
