A car driver's died after a crash between a truck and a car about 11am on Waikato's State Highway 2 - near Mangatawhiri

24 February 2026

The truck driver has moderate injuries.

The Highway's expected to stay closed until this evening between Rawiri and Kopuku Roads in both directions.
