    Charges are expected to be filed today relating to the death of a man in Auckland's Otahuhu


    Police launched a homicide investigation after the person was found critically injured at a Beatty Street property about 8.30 Sunday night - he died later in hospital.

    Police say a 31-year-old is in custody in connection with the investigation.

    They're not seeking anyone else relating to the death..
