New details have been revealed six months on from the unsolved death of a 63-year-old Wellington man

New details have been revealed six months on from the unsolved death of a 63-year-old Wellington man

Police believe Abdul Nabizadah was assaulted and robbed after being lured to an area in Miramar as part of a premeditated attack in March.

An aggravated burglary took place a few hours later - a cell phone left at the scene was allegedly used to lure Nabizadah to the scene.

Detective Senior Sergeant Tim Leitch says Police now believe there was more than one person involved in the plan, and it may have included a weapon.

No charges have yet been laid over the death.
