A Christchurch man's one of New Zealand's newest millionaires - after a snap decision to get a Lotto ticket at Pak n Save Moorhouse - for the first time in 10 years

He's one of three who's banked 18.3-million dollars from Saturday's Powerball draw.

The other tickets were bought at bay of Plenty's New World Kawerau - and through the Lotto app.

He'll use the winnings to buy his first family home, help relatives with mortgages, and spurge in upcoming sales.
