Kiwi tennis player Michael Venus is an ASB Classic doubles champion for a second time, after his final became a walkover

The match was set to start at 11.30 - but American veteran Rajeev Ram - due to take the court with countryman Christian Harrison - pulled out through injury.

Venus and Croatian Nikola Mektic take their first title as a new combination, while the New Zealander claims a second Auckland trophy, after he won the tournament with Mate Pavic in 2016.
