    A place in the third round for Erin Routliffe at tennis' US Open


    The Kiwi doubles specialist and Canadian playing partner Gaby Dabrowski have bounced back from losing the opening set to seal a 6-7 6-4 6-2 second round win over American Quinn Gleason and Brazil's Ingrid Martins.

    The 2023 champions and third seeds advance to a round three clash with the 13th seeds - Spain's Cristina Busca and American Nicole Melichar-Martinez .
