Australia Tennis Open champion Jannick Sinner has overwhelmed Daniil Medvedev 6-1, 6-2 in the semi-finals of the Miami Open.

The paltry three games Medvedev won tied his career low for games won in a tour match.

Sinner will play the winner of the second semi-final between No.4 seed Alexander Zverev and 11th-seeded Grigor Dimitrov .
