A 13-year-old accused of stabbing another teen to death in Dunedin still doesn't know whether he'll be granted bail

A 13-year-old accused of stabbing another teen to death in Dunedin still doesn't know whether he'll be granted bail

The murder-accused previously pleaded not guilty over the death of a 16-year-old, at the Great King Street bus hub in May.

Justice Lisa Preston has today reserved her decision on name suppression and electronically monitored bail.

She's told the High Court she needs time to reflect on the material before her.

A case review hearing is scheduled for September, and a trial set for February.
