    It's been revealed an eight-year-old boy killed in an attack in Hamilton's Bader was allegedly attacked with a hammer, while sleeping next to his father


    A 37-year old man has been charged with murder after the boy died in hospital on Sunday night.

    The murder accused was abused and threatened by people in the public gallery when he appeared in the Hamilton District Court on Monday.

    Two other people were injured in the attack.
