Open Justice reports an anonymous complaint was made last March against Jacinda Hamilton, who holds the crown warrant in Hamilton.
An independent review found there was valid basis for the concerns raised, but wasn't satisfied the conduct constituted bullying as defined by WorkSafe.
The Solicitor-General says the Crown Solicitor's behaviour at times fell below the standards expected of a warrant holder.
Una Jagose KC says she's satisfied Hamilton has already taken meaningful steps to address her style of communication and improve the culture within the firm.
