Regional Tauranga airline, Sunair, has been grounded for 10-days - since late last Wednesday

Regional Tauranga airline, Sunair, has been grounded for 10-days - since late last Wednesday

Chief executive Doug Roberts says people already booked could still travel, on flights arranged with other operators.

He says record-keeping issues were identified about three weeks ago in a maintenance audit.

Roberts says the Civil Aviation Authority advised the airline it needs more robust and rigorous processes.

He says they're working with the authority.
