    A teenager killed in a suspected homicide was a Napier Boys' High School student


    Police have confirmed 15-year-old Kaea Karauria died after after emergency services were called to Onekawa's Alexander Avenue about 3am yesterday.

    Another teen seriously injured at Cottrell Crescent, has now been discharged from hospital.

    Police say a group fight on Dinwiddie Avenue may be linked.

    A team of 20 homicide investigators are making enquiries.

    They want to hear from anyone who was in the area, or took photos or videos of the altercation.
