    High jumper Hamish Kerr is already taking measures to ensure he peaks for Budapest's Athletics World Championships in August


    The Kiwi Commonwealth Games champ jump-starts his northern season today at the Golden Grand Prix in Yokohama, coming off the back of an unbeaten indoor season during the summer.

    Kerr's completed a high volume strength block during his time away from competition, and says his workload will eventually taper off.
