    Teenager middle-distance sensation Sam Ruthe is auctioning his world record running shoes to raise money to support his training partners and coach Craig Kirkwood

    The 15-year-old's the youngest person to run a sub-four minute mile, doing so at Mt Smart this week.

    The shoes are being auctioned on TradeMe, with the bidding at 3716 dollars so far.

    Bidding ends on Saturday.
