    A man's been arrested after participants were pelted with glass bottles during last month's Hawke's Bay cycling race


    People in a black ute were seen throwing bottles on Mutiny Road in Poukawa, on April 19 - hitting one person who fell.

    Police have charged an 18-year-old man with assault with a weapon, who's due in Hastings District Court on Friday.
