    Economists aren't expecting GDP to rise significantly, until there's a material change in the OCR


    The economy grew 0.2 percent in March, officially taking the country out of a technical recession.

    ASB Senior Economist Kim Mundy says monetary policy is still being significantly tightened by the Reserve Bank.

    She says that's flowing through to weaker household demand, because people are finding their pay cheques aren't going as far.
