Penrith have secured their status as Australian league's greatest club team in 58 years, claiming their fourth straight NRL premiership 14-6 over Melbourne

Penrith have secured their status as Australian league's greatest club team in 58 years, claiming their fourth straight NRL premiership 14-6 over Melbourne

The Panthers scored three unanswered tries after Storm hooker Harry Grant opened the scoring in the 22nd minute.

Both teams made over 400 tackles.

Penrith coach Ivan Cleary's reflected on their feat.

    The decider included controversies.

One was a biting allegation against the Storm's Cameron Munster and another was a bunker debate over a disallowed try in the 50th minute which would have made the score 10-all with a kick to come.
