    New Zealand Supercars driver Ryan Wood is stoked to have earned his first podium finish on home tarmac


    The Wellingtonian finished third in the opening race of this weekend's Taupo Super 440 - as fellow Kiwi Matt Payne took the win from pole.

    Wood said he's been dreaming of this moment for some time ... on Sky Sport.



    Wood came third after overtaking Aussie Anton De Pasquale on the penultimate lap.
