Golfer Justin Rose has laid some demons to rest at the back end of the PGA Tour season

The Englishman has won Tour's first end-of-season playoffs event in Memphis - on the third hole of a sudden death playoff.

It catapults him to fourth in the race for the season-long Fed-Ex Cup.

Rose lost out on the Masters green jacket in April to Rory McIlroy, also in a playoff.
