Christopher Luxon's pointing to possible "profound" changes to NCEA

Christopher Luxon's pointing to possible "profound" changes to NCEA

The Government will announce changes later this year, after a report found major problems with the credibility of the qualification in its current form.

The Prime Minister says parents, teachers and principals have raised serious concerns.

He says the biggest thing affecting the New Zealand economy is giving people the education to access high-paying jobs.

The PM says we can't build four-lane highways if kids can't do maths and reading.
