    Little faith from a senior doctor's union, that members will accept their latest pay offer


    Health New Zealand's latest settlement offer, includes salary increases between 3.5 and 11-percent depending on experience, and provides retention funding incentives.

    But Association of Salaried Medical Specialists, Executive Director, Sarah Dalton, says it's problematic and doesn't go far enough.

    Dalton says there hasn't been bargaining as Health NZ has stuck with their position from the start, leading to a frustrating conversation.
