Hayley-Marie Bushby was critically injured when her paraglider crashed on the Port Hills in February.
It left her with a broken back, pelvis, and life-threatening internal bleeding.
Bushby's planning to travel to America for a treatment combining stem cell therapy with intensive physical therapy - which could help restore mobility.
She's launched a Give a Little page to raise money for the 50-thousand dollar treatment, saying she's determined to restore her independence.
