Four men have been arrested in Waikato, following search warrants related to the tangi of a prominent gang member

Police say several people were observed wearing gang insignia in a public place, while in Huntly for a Taupiri gang member earlier this month.

Several vehicles performed burnouts and were seen engaging in antisocial road behaviour - but couldn't be stopped at the time.

Police conducted search warrants in Huntly yesterday - seizing gang patches and motorbikes while arresting the alleged offenders.

The investigation remains ongoing, with further arrests likely.
