Enere Taana-McLaren died of a single stab wound on Great King Street last May - a 14-year-old boy was found guilty of manslaughter in March.
New documents released under the Official Information Act show ongoing tensions at the hub.
A security report from December notes an incident where a young male allegedly tried to harm a teen girl and took her phone - while in February, a woman discharged a BB gun.
Public complaints from last year include criticisms of security guards failing to patrol or engage with school-age passengers.
