The subcontractor applied for permanent name suppression - and pleaded guilty to three charges in Auckland District Court in February.
The subcontractor paid 600-thousand-dollars for road maintenance work
Three others had already pleaded guilty of involvement, and Broadspectrum manager Jason Koroheke has been accused of walking away with more than one-million dollars.
He's pleaded not guilty, and will go to a Judge Alone trial next month.
