Kim Dotcom's long-term lawyer says a slow and difficult process is ahead for the internet entrepreneur, after suffering a severe stroke earlier this month

Kim Dotcom's long-term lawyer says a slow and difficult process is ahead for the internet entrepreneur, after suffering a severe stroke earlier this month

Mansfield confirms Dotcom is in a hospital rehabilitation unit, where it remains unknown if he'll survive.

The Justice Minister signed an order to extradite Dotcom to the US earlier this year -- on charges including criminal copyright infringement, money laundering, and wire fraud.

Ron Mansfield KC says he's been in direct contact with the Crown and Police about the situation.

He says both parties were immediately informed of Dotcom's stroke.
