Kate Beckinsale has alleged she was ordered to pose for a photoshoot a day after she suffered a miscarriage

The actress, 51, made the claim in an Instagram video on Monday (30.12.24) in which she also detailed a slew of traumatic experiences she says she has endured for years while working as an actress

Inspired by Blake Lively's sexual harassment and retaliation complaint against her 'It Ends With Us' co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, Kate said to the camera while wearing a bow in her head: "I've been forced by a publicist that I was employing to do a photo shoot the day after I'd had a miscarriage.

    "And I said, 'I can't. I'm bleeding. I don't want to change my clothes in front of people I don't know. I'm bleeding. I had a miscarriage'.

"And she was like, 'You have to or you'll be sued'."

Kate also said she was once called a "c***" and "b****" via a walkie talkie and to her face for complaining a male co-star was showing up to work drunk and delaying production, which robbed her of evenings with her daughter.

She added: "The studio's response was to give me a bike so that I could ride around the studio lot while I was waiting."

Kate went on to say she has been confronted by "groups" of people in front of her and ask: "What the f*** are we going to do? How do we make her attractive?"

And she said she was put on such a brutal diet and exercise programs in the past she stopped having periods.

Kate added: "That's happened twice... (male actors get) a kind of thrill out of being able to harm a woman during a fight sequence".

The star said claimed she was once "harmed" during a fight scene and has the MRIs to prove it.

Kate added when she was aged 18 she was "felt up" by somebody she "really trusted" on a film crew.

As part of a long caption alongside the video, Kate said: "I don't want anybody, male or female who has a legitimate complaint to then have that weaponised against them in any industry, anywhere, and I mention this in association with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni because our industry makes things more visible due to the press and the public getting deliberately involved and led towards an opinion they don't realise is deliberate .

"There are far too many casualties of this, many of whom I know personally, and it really falls to both men and women in our industry to be part of stamping this out for good."

Jennifer Lopez is "proud" of how she handles life and low moods.

The singer, 55, made the declaration in an interview she included in a video montage posted on her Instagram as she looked back on 2024 - and forward to 2025.

Jennifer - who filed for divorce from her actor husband Ben Affleck, 52, in August after two years of marriage - said in the chat included in the clip: "I am very proud of how I handle all the things. All the things."

She added in another interview segment included in the montage: "In my low moments, I've learned to just feel the feelings and then let them go.

"What a journey this has been. I honestly feel that the best is yet to come.

"I can sit here with my heart and soul intact, and still feel really full of love.

"It's gonna get better, and it always does. It's a beautiful life in that way.

She ended the clip with a flash of text that said: "See you in 2025!"

Even though Jennifer and Ben have split, she has actively showed support for his family.

The singer earlier this month attended a play that featured Ben's daughter child Seraphina, 15, and her 16-year-old daughter Emme.

It was reported earlier this month Jennifer Garner "encouraged" her ex-husband Ben Affleck to work on his marriage with Jennifer.

The actress, 52, was married to actor Scott Foley, 52, from 2000 to 2004 and Ben, from 2005 to 2018.

A source told Page Six actress about Jennifer's apparent advice to Ben before he split from singer J Lo: "When things started getting rocky between Ben and Jennifer (Lopez), Jen was very supportive of their relationship and encouraged Ben to work on their marriage."

The insider added Jennifer had "even become friendly" with Ben's wife and they were "communicating on a regular basis".

But Page Six said it had learned the actress "hasn't been in touch" with J Lo recently.
