    Steve Burton has got married

The 'General Hospital' star tied the knot with chef Michelle Lundstrom at an intimate Orthodox church ceremony on Saturday (17.05.25) in front of their family before celebrating with 45 guests at an oceanfront reception at Montage Laguna Beach in California

Steve gushed to People magazine afterwards: "This day isn't just about a ceremony. It's the beginning of forever with the love of my life."

The 54-year-old actor's children, Makena, 21, Jack, 19, and Brooklyn, 10, were part of the wedding party, as were Michelle's daughters Lilah, 14, and 10-year-old Hannah.

And the 44-year-old bride's kids had helped her search for her perfect wedding dress before she settled on a custom strapless gown by Lee Petra Grebenau.

Michelle said: "When I tried on my dress I knew it was the one. I came out to show my girls and they both said, 'That's the one, Mom!' We all knew.

    "It was beyond special...

"The girls were so excited to wear matching dresses."

Steve - who proposed in January after just under a year of dating - noted it "meant the world" to him to have his only son as one of his groomsmen, alongside his best friend Jeremy Ross as best man.

The couple met on social media and " connected" over 80s music and movies, so asked for their pianist to play romantic songs from the decade during cocktail hour, and their DJ do the same during the reception, though they selected 2023's 'I Choose You' by Forest Blakk for their first dance.

Steve gushed that marriage "means everything" to him and Michelle and the couple couldn't be happier.

He said: "I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend, growing together each day in faith and love.

"Honestly, I've never felt so loved and cared for in my entire life. I'm incredibly grateful to have her by my side. She is the most amazing, beautiful, and selfless woman I've ever known. I love her so much."

Michelle added: "Gosh, he's proven that fairy tale love truly exists. He's like pure sunshine - always uplifting, endlessly caring. His love makes me a better person every single day.

"To have the most incredible man I've ever known by my side forever brings me so much peace and happiness. He is the love of my life, and I feel so blessed to call him mine."

Steve split from first wife Sheree Gustin after over 20 years of marriage in June 2022 after she got pregnant by another man.
