Scarlett Johansson has urged Luna Blaise to "hold [her] own" in the movie business

The 23-year-old actress stars alongside Scarlett, 40, in Jurassic World Rebirth, and Luna has received some valuable career advice from her co-star

Speaking to E! News, Luna shared: "She told me to hold your own.

"Being a woman on set, being number one and being the captain of that ship, [she said to] know your worth, know you're there for a reason. You wouldn't have been given the opportunity if you weren't ready for it."

Luna relished the experience of getting to know Scarlett during the shoot.

She said: "That's number one, wow. That's auntie. That's my girl. I'll go for her for anything."

Luna also enjoyed the experience of working with Jonathan Bailey.

The actress explained: "He had just done reshoots of Wicked and he was in the middle of going back and forth. It was amazing. It was very special to see him coming off that [and] coming to do this.

"He's a magical wonder. I don't know how he does it. He's continuing to dance through life, babe."

Meanwhile, Scarlett previously complained that she's felt "objectified" during her career.

The movie star - who first found fame as a child actor - feels she has been "hypersexualised" from a young age.

Scarlett told the Armchair Expert podcast: "I kind of became objectified and pigeonholed in this way where I felt like I wasn't getting offers for work for things that I wanted to do.

"I remember thinking to myself, 'I think people think I'm 40 years old.' It somehow stopped being something that was desirable and something that I was fighting against."

Scarlett remembered feeling "pigeonholed" after starring alongside Bill Murray in the Sofia Coppola-directed Lost in Translation.

The actress - who was still a teenager when she filmed the movie - said: "I think everybody thought I was older and that I'd been [acting] for a long time, I got kind of pigeonholed into this weird hypersexualised thing. I felt like [my career] was over.

"It was like, 'That's the kind of career you have, these are the roles you've played.' And I was like, 'This is it?'"
