    Crusaders coach Rob Penney is adamant lock Scott Barrett has silenced a few critics after the 31-24 Super Rugby win over the Hurricanes in Wellington


    The All Blacks captain has been in the gun over a supposed drop in form, but played a key role in two of the team's five tries.

    Penney wasn't surprised by Barrett's performance.



    The Crusaders now head the table after the Waratahs took down the Chiefs in Sydney.
