A timely return for the Crusaders ahead of the Super Rugby Pacific playoffs

A timely return for the Crusaders ahead of the Super Rugby Pacific playoffs

Ethan Blackadder is back from a hamstring strain for Friday's final regular season match against the Brumbies in Canberra.

Coach Rob Penney says Blackadder is raring to go, replacing an ill Cullen Grace.

David Havili has been rested - Dallas McLeod will start at second five.

Codie Taylor will captain the side.

Elsewhere, Mark Tele'a starts for the Blues on his return from suspension against the Waratahs on Saturday afternoon.

Former All Black Brett Cameron has been entrusted with the Hurricanes 10 jersey to face Moana Pasifika on Saturday night, with Ruben Love moving back to fullback.

Both Julian and Ardie Savea have been named in the Moana side to face their old team.

A major boost for competition leaders the Chiefs on the eve of the playoffs, with Etene Nanai-Seturo back on the left wing after three months out with a hamstring injury as they visit the Highlanders Friday night.
