Cherry-Evans has signalled his intention to leave the club after this season, either to retire or more likely - play on elsewhere.
The Sea Eagles are now in a bid to urge the Queensland captain to drastically change his mind and stay with the club he's played more than 300 games for since 2011.
Manly boss Tony Mestrov says they have now put forward their offer.
