Former Tall Black Kirk Penney is praising his teammates as part of his FIBA Hall of Fame speech in Singapore

The guard is the second Kiwi to be inducted, after Pero Cameron in 2017.

Penney was part of the Tall Blacks side that famously reached the semi-finals of the World Cup in 2002.

He says New Zealand basketball has grown a lot on the world stage.
