Rieko Ioane returns to Blues for quarter-final after hand injury ruled him out last week

Rieko Ioane returns to the Blues side for their Super Rugby quarter-final against the Fijian Drua, after a hand injury ruled him out before kickoff against the Chiefs last week

His return sees a backline reshuffle to restore the one caused by his absence, with Harry Plummer to steer the side at 10 and Stephen Perofeta to play fullback.

Jordie Barrett will captain the Hurricanes in their quarter-final against the Rebels, with Brad Shields coming off the bench in his return from injury.

The Chiefs welcome back a swag of players to their run on side in Tupou Vaa'i, Anton Lienert-Brown, Emoni Narawa and Shaun Stevenson for Friday's quarter-final against the Reds in Hamilton.

Cameron Millar headlines a Highlanders side restored to relative full strength for their visit to the Brumbies.
