The Blues lost inspirational captain Patrick Tuipulotu with a knee injury midway through the first half of their 36-5 victory over Fijian Drua - with the big lock being assessed today.
Fullback Ruben Love was a late Hurricanes withdrawal pre-match, while big prop Xavier Numia went off with a leg injury in the 47-20 win over the Rebels in the Capital.
Canes coach Clark Laidlaw is unsure how either will fare for next weekend, but Numia is particularly doubtful.
The Brumbies have also made the semis, beating the Highlanders 32-16 in Canberra.
