    Auckland FC have landed their most high profile signing ahead of the new A-League football season


    Centre back Dan Hall will join the Black Knights after winning two titles with the Central Coast Mariners.

    The 25-year-old Australian played every minute of the Mariners' recent triumphant A-League finals series.

    Hall reportedly turned down offers from Sydney FC, Brisbane, Macarthur and Newcastle to join Auckland FC as the first overseas member of their senior squad.
