    Teenage footballer Rio Ngumoha has made Liverpool history at St James' Park


    Making his Premier League debut as a late substitute, the 16-year-old's shown composure beyond his years to score in the 10th-minute of stoppage time and seal a 3-2 win over hosts Newcastle.

    The finish made Ngumoha the youngest goal-scorer in the club's history - bettering the previous mark by 45 days.

    Liverpool skipper Virgil van Dijk is urging his teammate to respond in a measured way to his dream debut.



    Newcastle played the second half with 10 men after Anthony Gordon's straight red card for a dangerous tackle on the stroke of half-time.
